We can deliver to any address Australia-wide. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $199* within Melbourne. *$199 excluding GST.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery cost for you, based on your location and the order's weight/dimensions. 

Delivery costs and ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) are calculated on Shopping Cart page during checkout.

Dispatch normally occurs within 48 hours and deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days.


Pick Up 

You can place your order online and collect it from our Melbourne office located at 110 Proximity Drive Sunshine West VIC 3020 . You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. 

Collection is available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (AEST).

When collecting your order from our office, please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. 


Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. We'll process change or return immediately if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the shipping costs under these conditions.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned items, unless incorrect or defective. Replacements are also exempt from restocking fee. After 30 days of delivery, replacements or returns will not be accepted.

Price items can be refunded or issued a credit note.

In the case of refund you should expect to receive it within fifteen days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund/credit once we've received and processed the returned item.


Payment Options

Pay using your preferred credit card, debit card or PayPal. You can also pay by bank deposit. All our prices already include GST.

PLEASE NOTE: By choosing bank deposit, product(s) will be dispatched immediately after funds are cleared. In order to accelerate your payment process, please send your payment receipt to accounts@kaplandistributors.com.au, referring your ORDER NUMBER.
