Return Request

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. We'll process change or return immediately if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the shipping costs under these conditions.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned items, unless incorrect or defective. Replacements are also exempt from restocking fee. After 30 days of delivery, replacements or returns will not be accepted.

Price items can be refunded or issued a credit note.

In the case of refund you should expect to receive it within fifteen days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

How to Return Item(s)

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Click on "Orders" under the "My Account" menu.
  3. Find and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
  4. Click the "Return Item(s)" button to start the return process.

Please DO NOT return your item(s) before your request is accepted. We'll notify you the status of your request. We will also notify you via email of your refund or credit note once we've received and processed the returned item.
